1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ac76" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at ac76.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, instant game, or any other activity made available through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your ac76 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet allocations issued by ac76 that are subject to separate wagering conditions prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ac76 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ac76. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on ac76. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ac76 enforces a strict 21+ age gate and may request official government-issued photo identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time to verify that this requirement is met.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

ac76 is intended for use by players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ac76 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk. ac76 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in a Prohibited Territory.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during or after registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and entitles ac76 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice. 3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold precisely one ac76 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ac76 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently suspended and any outstanding balances may be voided.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ac76 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ac76 staff will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.

Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party accessing your account as a result of your failure to maintain security — is your sole responsibility. You must notify ac76 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ac76 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ac76 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. ac76 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ac76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ac76 does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit or debit cards, or third-party e-wallets.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and payment provider limits, communicated to you in your account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and internal review. ac76 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit originated, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

5.4 Transaction Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered ac76 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. ac76 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method, and to request supporting documentation for any transaction of an unusual size or frequency.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

ac76 offers promotional bonuses and free bets to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These conditions are published in full on each promotional offer page. Where a promotion does not specify particular conditions, the general bonus terms in this section apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the associated bonus balance. Unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion page, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on excluded game types or at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ac76 monitors all accounts for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing wagers exclusively on low-margin markets to fulfil wagering requirements, and systematically withdrawing bonus funds immediately upon meeting requirements without genuine engagement with the platform. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

6.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

ac76 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be governed by the terms as published at the time of the player's opt-in.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on ac76 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as published on the Platform at the time the wager was placed shall govern. ac76 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error or data feed failure.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion. ac76 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including in response to significant events during a match, suspected irregular betting patterns, or data feed interruptions. Wagers accepted before a suspension will be settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant market.

7.3 Casino & Instant Games

All casino games and instant-win games available on ac76 are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the game software supplier (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). ac76 does not alter the rules or payout percentages of any third-party game. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, ac76 will follow the relevant game supplier's malfunction policy. Malfunctions void all pays and plays where applicable.

7.4 Bet Settlement

ac76 aims to settle all wagers promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event or game round. Settlement is based on official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers. ac76 reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is under official review or protest. Any errors in settlement will be corrected as soon as they are identified, and accounts will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac76 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds, with ac76 reserving the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, including a minor.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or placing wagers based on inside information.
• Colluding with other players in any casino or poker-style game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction reversals.
• Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Any action intended to defraud ac76 or other players of funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ac76 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of ac76 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the ac76 platform without the prior written consent of ac76. Use of any ac76 trademarks, trade names, or service marks for any purpose other than identifying the Platform is expressly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data

ac76 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the ac76 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data uses include account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

ac76 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. ac76 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac76 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game software provided by third-party suppliers.

ac76 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. ac76 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance through Platform notifications.

ac76's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ac76 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ac76 will provide notice through a Platform notification displayed upon your next login. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

13. Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
